Magnichem Industries is a leading manufacturer of synthetic resins, since year 2000 and has established itself as a supplier of good quality products.
Magnichem Industries offers a wide range of synthetic resins for industrial paints, protective coatings, printing inks and adhesives and rubber. Besides resins of standard specification, Magnichem Industries also offers tailor-made resin as per requirements of the clients.
Magnichem Industries has its state of art production facility in WADA, located at a distance of 80 Km from Metro-City of Mumbai. The production facility includes most up to date Reaction Vessels and Utility Equipments. The unit has pilot plant and laboratory facility for R & D as well as regular testing.

Ashok Goklani
Founder and Technical Advisor
Ashok Goklani is the Founder and Technical Advisor of Magnichem Industries and brings with him over 50 years of rich and diversified experience in the chemical industry. A qualified chemical engineer, he has been instrumental in establishing and developing the company into a recognized name within the industry through his technical expertise, industry foresight, and strong leadership.
Over the course of his extensive career, Ashok has gained deep knowledge and hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors including textile dyestuffs and pigments, textile and paper chemicals, gum rosin & turpentine, synthetic resins based on gum rosin, as well as chewing gum and confectionery products. His strong technical foundation, combined with commercial and operational understanding, has enabled him to successfully guide the company through various stages of growth and expansion.
As the Founder of Magnichem Industries, Ashok has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, product development, quality standards, and customer-centric approach. His experience in both the technical and commercial aspects of the business has contributed significantly towards building long-standing relationships with customers and industry stakeholders in India and overseas.
Ashok has also been actively associated with industry bodies and trade organizations. He served as the President of the Indian Resin Manufacturers’ Association (IRMA) for the terms 2012–13 and 2013–14. IRMA is an all-India association representing manufacturers of various resins, headquartered in Mumbai. His contributions to the industry and leadership within professional associations have earned him widespread respect within the chemical and resin manufacturing sector.
Nishith Goklani
Business Development
Nishith Goklani joined Magnichem Industries in 2014 and has since played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and strengthening its position within the chemical industry. With his dynamic approach, strategic vision, and strong commercial acumen, Nishith has contributed significantly towards expanding the company’s business operations and enhancing customer relationships across domestic and international markets.
Nishith completed his Post Graduate studies from Monash University, Melbourne, following which he gained valuable international exposure through his work in the telecommunications sector in Australia. Prior to joining Magnichem Industries, he also built experience in the banking sector in India, where he worked as a Private Banker with ICICI Bank.
Bringing together expertise in sales, finance, and business development, Nishith plays an integral role in the strategic planning and overall development of Magnichem Industries. His professional background across diverse industries enables him to bring a modern and progressive perspective to the organization, while maintaining strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational growth, and long-term business relationships.
Sunil Golani
Founding Partners
Sunil Golani has been associated with the Gum Rosin industry since 1990 and brings with him extensive practical experience and industry knowledge. As one of the Founding Partners of Magnichem Industries, he has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and development since its inception, contributing significantly towards building a strong operational foundation for the organization.
With hands-on expertise across multiple functions, Sunil oversees the day-to-day activities of the company and is actively involved in administration, logistics, accounts, and production management. His strong operational understanding and disciplined approach have been key factors in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining efficiency across departments.
Over the years, Sunil has contributed immensely towards strengthening the company’s internal processes, operational stability, and long-term growth. His commitment, experience, and practical leadership continue to play a vital role in the ongoing success and expansion of Magnichem Industries.
